The Host Hotels cannot accommodate payment for each individual event with your credit cards, so we have put together a per person event fee of $190/person. Please Venmo, PayPal or US Mail a check to Gerrit Marshall. A separate email will be sent providing the specific contact information.
The per-person event fee covers the Welcome Reception with open bar and appetizers. A stocked Hospitality Room. Mimosas with Mama (Compliments of Mama Sharon and Papa Gerrit). Transportation, (Keys Trolley), to College of the Florida Keys and Hemingway Rum Company event, and the Saturday Night Seafood Buffet Dinner (cash bar).
NOTE: for the remainder of the events in Old Town;
The Keys Collection Hotels run a shuttle to Old Town departing the hotels on the hour, requiring sign-up at your Hotel Desk to reserve your spot. The Shuttle drops off and picks up returning passengers on The half-hour at the Waterfront Brewery, 201 William Street at the “Old Key West Bight”, and return doesn’t require reservations. The Papa’s and Wannabe’s gathered the weekend of March 5-6, 2016 at the Tarpon Lodge on Pine Island, Florida. A good time was had by all. Dinner was a little different this year. Instead of eating in the restaurant, participants dined on a traditional low-country boil served on a long table covered with newspaper. Items included stone crabs, shrimp, summer sausage, corn, potatoes and onions.
